A. Shipping Costs


We offer shipping to multiple international locations, including but not limited to:

Urgent Shipping: $9.99


Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $69.99


B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time


We strive to ensure timely delivery for all orders. Below are the transit and handling times for our shipments:


Standard Shipping: In general, deliveries take 7 to 12 working days (Monday to Friday) from the dispatch date.


Urgent Shipping: Deliveries with urgent shipping typically take 3 to 7 working days. Orders with urgent shipping are dispatched on the same day if placed before the cut-off time.


Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 8:00 PM Australia Standard Time will be processed the same day.


Handling Time: Please allow 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for order handling and processing before shipment.


C. Delivery Terms


All orders are shipped via global shipping carriers. We collaborate with reliable shipping partners to ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time.


D. Change of Address


Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at service@sparkgoods.shop. After this period, address changes may not be accommodated.



E. Order Cancellations


If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once the order has left our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible, and you may refer to our refund policy for more information on how to return your order.


F. Parcels Damaged in Transit


We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. However, if your parcel arrives damaged, we recommend:


If possible, rejecting the parcel upon delivery and notifying the courier of the damage.


If the parcel has already been delivered and the damage was discovered later, please contact our customer service team at service@sparkgoods.shop for further instructions.


G. Taxes and Duties


We offer shipping on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all applicable import taxes and duties are already included in the product price. You won’t need to worry about additional charges upon delivery.
